● 工作内容:
接待员是安永和Young Executive楼的第一联系人,负责招待、接待客户,客人和员工。根据要求提供行政支持和其他服务;在电话中以礼貌专业的态度合理的解决了要求和问题。
1.Receives and welcomes EY’s clients, guests, and staff coming to the Executive floor in a professional, courteous manner
2.Screens, directs calls and takes accurate messages in a professional manner
3.Using available tools as a resource, provides customer focused information services on the phone and in person
4.Maintains electronic visitors log to record all visitors and vendors, provides them with the appropriate “visitor” badges and informs EY staff of their arrival
5.Maintains office phone directory and daily emergency contact list
6.Monitors EY publication stock on display
7.Monitors daily newspapers and ensures reception area is clean at all times
8.Maintains building security cards for visitors
9.Trains back up relief on reception duties
10.Maintains and updates the Reception Reference Manual
11.Provides project specific administrative support when necessary
12.Performs other related duties as assigned
● 工作要求:
1.Demonstrates sound judgment regarding confidential and sensitive matters
2.Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS outlook and Internet
3.Ability to work under pressure and in a busy team environment
4.Strong interpersonal skills including oral and written communication, active listening
5.Projects a positive and professional image
6.Strong organization skills with an attention to detail
7.Ability to problem solve independently
8.The candidate must be at ease in both French & English
9.College diploma or equivalent work experience
10.2 to 4 years of relevant experience
