SA Institute is an educational center with a 10-year history in Montreal. We offer year-to-year government subsidized vocational training courses, as well as language training , extracurricular tutoring,a one-stop learning and immigrating services for candidates out of Canada. Due to development needs, we are looking for full-time talents to join our team.
Job Title: Full time course consultant
Job Responsibilities and Duties
1、Responsible for class management or VIP courses management, mainly including course quality monitoring, class order maintenance,management of teachers and students attendance.
2、Understand and track the content of teaching, communicate effectively with parents and teachers to solve problems timely.
3、Serve for parents and students warmly,update information on teachers,courses and students timely and provide feedback to relevant departments.
4、Understand the needs of parents and students, track the learning plans of VIP customers,fulfill the sales.
5、Communicate with other departments and complete the corresponding paperwork.
Deal with emergencies or relative administrative works.
Skills and Qualifications
1、Fluent in English; speaking French or Chineses is considered a strong asset; be able to communicate smoothly with teachers and parents;
2、Have patience and a strong sense of responsibility; having experience in related fields. Sales experience is considered a strong asset;
3、Strong ability to withstand stress with a flexible mind, deal with emergencies timely and efficiently;
4、Possess a laptop, IPAD, mobile phone and other devices which can track courses remotely(2 or more devices);
5、Understand generally the Quebec education system.

职位描述及工作职责:
1负责班级课程或者VIP课程的课堂管理,主要包括课程质量监控,课堂秩序维护,教师及学生出勤等的管理;
2了解并跟踪教师授课内容,学生课堂学习情况,并做好课后和家长与授课教师之间的沟通,高效的解决出现的问题;
3尽心服务于家长和学生,及时更新与教师、课程与学生相关的信息,并向学校相关部门做好反馈工作;
4了解家长和学生的需求,追踪VIP 客户的学习计划,对学校的课程进行针对性的销售并完成部门规定的课程销售任务;
5与其他部门或员工做好沟通,完成相应的文书工作;
6协助部门负责人处理突发事件或者日常的行政管理性工作。
相关技能:
1中英文流利,懂法语最佳,能够和授课教师和家长进行顺畅的沟通和交流;
2热爱教育事业,有耐心和责任心,细致认真并且有服务和销售的意识,有相关领域的销售经验优先考虑;
3头脑灵活,思维敏捷,抗压能力强,可以及时高效的应对和处理可能出现的突发状况;
4拥有笔记本电脑,IPAD,手机和其他可以远程跟踪课程的设备(2个或以上);
5了解加拿大及魁北克中小学教育体系及课程的相关知识。
