行政助理/地产经纪助理(全职)
工作内容:
• 日常行政工作包括:文件处理和录入,填报表格,文件的整理,更新及上传等。
• 配合完成Team Leader指派的工作任务。
• 基础客服工作,如接打电话等
• 设计海报,宣传页,及其他基础设计工作
• 日常管理和更新社交媒体(Facebook, Twitter, Instagram 和Wechat),设计宣传页
岗位要求:
• 拥有1年以上工作经验者优先考虑(国内或本地),也接受优秀应届生
• 为人细心,耐心,抗压性好,有上进心,自律性强,良好的团队协作精神
• 熟练操作使用日常办公软件,如Word,Excel等,会PS,AI等Adobe软件会优先考虑
• 流利英语,普通话,基础法语

We are looking for a dynamic administrative/broker assistant (Full-time). The candidate must be autonomous, reliable, meticulous, and able to manage multiple tasks as well as demonstrate a positive attitude and organizational skill.
Responsibilities:
• Doing administrative tasks, ie. data entry, filling out forms, sorting out files, updating online documents, etc.
• following instructions /Finishing tasks assigned by the team leader
• Client Service: making and answering phone calls.
• Creation and management of marketing and social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Wechat), as well as designing flyers, promotion posters.
Qualifications:
• Newly graduated student or Minimum 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant,having real estate knowledge is a plus.
• Quick learner, the candidate should also be patient, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Office Software, ie, Word,Excel.
• Knowledge of PS or AI is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin and basic knowledge of French
