●  工作内容：

• 促进化妆品的销售，提供有关新产品或现有产品及服务的资料；
• 最大限度地提高销售和促销活动的意识；
• 识别客户的需求，并通过演示和教育进行销售；
• 提供优质的客户服务及谘询服务示范；
• 展示和推广公司的产品和服务，并向相关方提供信息；
• 根据化妆品经理的指示准备陈列和促销活动。
  

●  Responsibilities：

• Promotes sales of the cosmetic products; provide information on new or existing products and services
• Maximizes sales and awareness of promotional programs
• Identifies customers’ needs and sells through demonstration and education
• Provides superior customer service and consultative services demonstrations
• Exhibits and promotes the company’s products and services and provides information to interested parties
• Prepares displays and sets up promotions as directed by the Cosmetics Manager

• Proven consultative skills to provide information, advice and guidance to customers on Shoppers Drug mart cosmetic products and services
• A good knowledge of various cosmetic products and services available
• Ability to conduct sit down makeup and skincare consultations and demonstrate application
• Strong communication skills to present and instruct individuals and groups on the use of cosmetics
• Commitment to providing excellence in customer service
