●  主要工作内容：

• 确保项目按照批准的计划、规范和适用的建筑规范进行建设，并确保劳力和材料保持高质量标准；
• 回顾、维护和更新施工进度计划，确保项目完成；
• 遵守OHSA，公司安全标准和实践，同时确保全面贸易和分包商现场安全合规；
• 分析和理解项目经理(PM)制定的项目计划，为项目经理提供可行性和可施工性的建议；
• 保持与项目协调员和项目经理的联系，以确保工作保持正轨；
• 将任何延误尽快通知项目经理，并协助制定潜在的缓解措施；
• 定期与客户和分包商沟通进度的更新和影响；
• 维护每日日志。
  

●  Main Responsibilities：

• Ensures that projects are built according to approved plans, specifications and applicable building codes and that efficiency in labour and materials maintain high quality standards.
• Reviews, maintains and updates the 3 week look ahead construction schedule and ensures milestone and completion dates are met.
• Adherence to OHSA, company safety standards & practices while ensuring full trade and subcontractor site safety compliance.
• Analyze and understand project schedule prepared by Project Manager (PM). Provide input of feasibility and constructability to PM.
• Remain in constant contact with Project Coordinator & Project Manager to ensure the work remains on track.
• Relay to the PM any ongoing delays or potential future delays as soon as possible and assist in developing potential mitigation measures.
• Communicate regular schedule updates and impacts to the client as well as subcontractor
• Maintains a detailed daily log.
  

●  主要工作要求：

• 必须有10年以上的桥梁改造和新建工程监理经验；
• 必须有为总承包商工作的经验；
• 熟练维护安全工地、模板系统的布局和建造、协调和监督人力和分包商提供高质量的施工；
• 了解安大略省的建筑法规、规范和劳工要求；
• 具备有关MTO合同、MTO规范等要求的实际知识；
• 必须具备职位所有技能。
  

●  Main Requirements：

• Must have 10+ years of experience supervising Bridge projects for both rehab and new construction.
• Must have experience working for a General Contractor
• Keen proficiency in maintaining safe work site, the layout & constructing of formwork systems, the coordination & direct supervision of manpower & sub-contractors to provide a high quality of concrete construction.
• Understands Ontario construction laws, specifications and labour requirements.
• Practical knowledge with respect to MTO contracts, MTO specifications, Book 7 requirements
• Must possess all skills of a lower rated position including Foreman and Journeyman/Carpenter
