● 招聘职位：库存和技术经理 ● 职位性质：全职 ● 职位薪资：$70,000+ ● 主要工作内容： - 管理库存，确保最大的周转率和最小程度的老化；
- 监控产量损失百分比以保持在预算之内；
- 确保薄膜和复卷过程符合质量标准，包括年度供应商审核；
- 监督订单执行系统中有关信息的可靠性；
- 保持对产品最终使用性能和转换操作的意识；
- 根据客户要求，为工厂运营和销售及市场团队提供技术支持服务；
- 协调和观察现有产品或新产品的试制，为客户提供技术支持和建议，并为工厂的生产提供产品改进建议。
● Main Responsibilities：- Manage inventory to ensure maximum turns and minimum aging.
- Monitor yield loss percentages to stay within budget.
- Ensure compliance to quality standards with respect to the sheeting and rewinding processes, including annual supplier audits.
- Oversee use and reliability of information in the order fulfillment system pertaining to skids specifications, product definitions, bills of material for sheeting operations, and sheet stock programs.
- Maintain awareness of product end-use performance in the press rooms and converting operations of all key accounts.
- Provide support to mill operations and the Sales and Marketing group by providing technical field support services to customers, as requested.
- Coordinate and observe press room trials for existing or new products, providing technical expertise and advice to the customer and developing recommendations for product improvement to mill operations
● 主要工作要求： - 本科以上学历，供应链管理、商务或其他相关专业；
- 至少10年的分销或供应链经验，丰富的库存管理和流程经验，有制浆造纸经验者优先；
- 良好的沟通能力，并能通过强有力的领导来激励组织；主动推动变革，建立信任并协同工作以实现组织目标。
● Main Requirements：- Minimum: Bachelors in Supply Chain Management, Business, or other related fields.
- At least 10 years of distribution or supply chain experience; strong experience with inventory management and procedures; pulp and paper experience is preferred
- Great ability to communicate and motivate organizations through strong leadership; initiative to drive change, build trust and work collaboratively to achieve organizational goals.
