●  主要工作内容：

• 在CRM和EnterpriseData/CRM开发团队之间进行联络；
• 通过与育碧生态系统数据团队合作，持续推动数据发展；
• 深入了解与业务需求相关的CRM数据体系结构；
• 与CRM合作伙伴和利益相关者建立牢固的关系；
• 监控数据质量报告并及时纠正错误；
• 跟踪数据中的差异并记录结果；
• 与团队其他成员合作完成各种项目，以确保使用高质量的数据。
  

●  Main Responsibilities：

• Be the liaison between CRM and EnterpriseData/CRM Dev teams in regard to all data definition, deliverables and future data enhancements
• Drive constant data evolution by partnering up with data teams across the Ubisoft ecosystem (Data Science, DNA, ED)
• Have a deep understanding of the CRM Data architecture in relation to the business needs
• Develop strong relationships with the CRM partners and stakeholders
• Monitor data quality reports and timely fixing of errors
• Follow discrepancies in data to the source and documenting findings
• Collaborate with other members of the team on various projects to ensure good quality data being used.

●  Main Requirements：

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Finance, Engineering, Accounting, or other related quantitative fields
• 2-3 Years in an analytical field
• Willingness to learn new tools and data systems
• Great attention to detail and accuracy with data
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with Salesforce
• Experience working in a technology company
• Game knowledge or internet culture is a plus
