● 工作内容：

• 与主要的内部利益相关者(IT、市场、销售和运营等)建立并保持良好的关系。
• 开发和提供培训文档，并支持与跨关键指标测量客户体验相关的业务
• 在供应商合作伙伴的支持下编写简单的调查程序
• 为需要供应商合作伙伴支持的业务部门提供主要联络

● MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES：

• Build and maintain strong relationship with key internal stakeholders (IT, , Marketing, Sales and Operations, etc.)
• Developing and providing training documentation and support to the business related to measuring customer experience across key metrics
• Programming simple surveys with support from our vendor partners
• Primary liaison for business units in need of support from our vendor partners
• Main point of contact for enterprise survey tool vendor (i.e. Confirmit, SalesForce, SatMetrix)
  
  

● 职位要求：

• 统计学、数据科学、金融或经济学学士学位
• 5年以上保险行业数据分析工作经验
• 具有市场调研、业务分析、数据分析的经验
• 优秀的办公软件技能，熟悉调查程序工具
  

● REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS：

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, data science, finance or economics
• At least 5 years of experience in a data analysis role in the insurance industry
• Demonstrated experience in Market Research, Business Analysis, Data Analysis
• Excellent MS Office skills and familiarity with survey programing tools
