● Responsibilities： - Carry out large-scale projects associated with the strategic plan, ensuring that the tangible benefits sought are produced;
- Develop and deliver project mandates using the DEMAIC approach (define, measure, analyze, improve, control);
- Plan, coordinate and track the performance of activities and deliverables;
- Run effective workshops in order to support the teams in clarifying their business needs, and implement the solutions;
- Train and support the managers and their teams for establishing a culture of continuous improvement that incorporates the Lean Six Sigma principles;
- Support the managers in putting performance management in place;
- Encourage optimal use of the tools within the various teams and departments;
- Act as a mobilizer within your work teams.

- Experience in deploying systems for operational excellence or daily operations management is considered a major asset;
- Experience in the pharmaceutical field is considered a major asset.
