Reporting to the Franchise Recruiting Director to profile potential investors, establish recruitment platform network and prepare meeting presentation. The applicant will also be reporting to the Construction Manager to oversee the progress of franchise construction projects. The role will be required to perform, but not limited to, the following:
• Administrative tasks such as drafting emails, scheduling appointments, arranging meeting, and prepare all the documents regarding the meeting, organizing paper and electronic files, answering the phone calls;
• Communicate externally with our third-party representatives (real estate brokers, Landlord, General Contractor, designer, architect, and engineer, etc., to follow up on the projects’ progress;
• Communicate internally within company and provide smooth coordination;
• Daily monitor the progress of project’s construction, budget control and profit /loss evaluation;
• Daily follow up the lead of potential candidates and report it to the Recruiting Director.
To qualify for Administration Assistant position, the prospective applicant must have:
• 2 years’ work experience (Preferred).
• Proficiency in Mandarin, English and French.
• Excellent multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility, initiative, accountability and personal responsibility for work.
• Professionalism under high-stress environment.
• Good computer and office software skills (Word, Excel, ppt).
• Excellence in organization skills.
