●  工作内容：

●  Responsibilities：

• Manage implementation of JD Edwards modules on project start-ups and support operations on active construction projects.
• Promote the project management systems on prospective projects and liaise with stakeholders.
• Oversee training program.
• Ensure support structure and mechanism are in place and operating reliably.
• Identify problem areas and implement strategic solutions in a timely manner.
• Plan project effort and adhere to budgets and timelines.
• Lead the systems team by training and coaching employees, communicating work expectations and evaluating their performance.
• Collaborate with IT solution management teams to track the development and configuration of solutions.
  

●  职位要求：

• 计算机科学、管理、工程或其他相关专业学士学位。
• 实施ERP解决方案的经验(JD Edwards优先)
• 10年以上综合项目系统经验，在成本管理系统、采购系统、财务系统、文件管理、时间管理和设计工具方面有丰富经验。
• 有系统经理或相关工作经验。
• 人事管理经验。
• 较强的口头和书面沟通能力，包括为有经验的用户编写技术文档和培训材料。
• 有建筑经验者优先。

●  Qualifications：

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, administration, engineering or other related field.
• Experience in implementing ERP Solutions (JD Edwards prefered)
• Over 10 years experience in an integrated project system, with significant experience in cost management systems, procurement systems, finance systems, document management, time management and design tools.
• Have proven work experience as a systems manager or relevant experience.
• Experience in personnel management.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including technical writing and training materials for experienced users.
• Experience in construction would be an asset.
• Bilingual French and English oral and written.
