● 招聘职位: 通讯联络员(Coordinator - Communications) ● 工作内容: - Local airport operational point of contact for internal and external departments; Take the lead on any local airport facilities failures/ breakdowns (Bag belt/ security breach etc);
- Pro-actively adjust staffing levels to cover operationally required shifts and IROP recovery;
- Monitor all arrival and departures of their airport to identify any local guest connection issues up or down line, including code-share and interline guests;
- Prepare and deliver operational content for daily shift briefings, providing operational updates for day of and forward-looking operations;
- Ensure manpower efficiencies are met or exceeded by finding staffing efficiencies;
- Communicate and coordinate commercial decision requests with GSM, Operations Lead, and local Airport Authority (i.e. Gating, etc.);
- Act as the technical expert regarding specific partner airline agreements, including (but not limited to) ticketing, baggage, flight schedules, and special guest handling;
- Assist GSOL in the re-accommodation of code-share and interline guests in accordance with IATA Resolution 735d;
- Ensure all duties are assigned and breaks are taken at operationally appropriate times in alignment with Airport scheduling standards; create a job map as assigned (staff manager);
- Communicate daily operational updates and changes to all affected internal and external stakeholders;
- Communicate all operational challenges with the Operations Lead and Guest Service Manager;
- Point of contact for frontline staffing for day-of emergencies or sick calls; update Staff Admin throughout the day to record all shift exceptions (meetings, sick calls, etc);
- Responsible for daily delay coding at local airport; Ensure the gate events tracker is accurate and follow up completed;
- Provide approval to Ground Handling partner for OT and other charges associated with an IROP and track costs accordingly.
● 工作要求: - 1年机场运营经验;
- 良好的沟通技巧;
- 熟练使用MS Office办公软件PowerPoint、Word、Excel和Outlook;
- 具备机场所有职能部门的SabreSonic、员工行政、员工经理、NetTracer、移动控制、WIN等方面的先进工作知识,并执行机场标准和程序;
- 具有良好的安全意识;
- 具有在对时间敏感的情况下做出操作决策的能力;
- 对关键绩效指标指标的理解,包括调整班次对车站劳动力预算的影响;
- 了解地面操作是一项资产。
