● 招聘职位:人才收购顾问(Talent acquisition advisor) ● 工作内容: - Act as a recruitment subject matter expert through the development and implementation of comprehensive technical recruitment plans;
- Collaborate with clients and HR partners to develop a strong understanding of department culture, business strategy and talent profiles to deliver on the hiring needs of the business;
- Conduct in-depth screens and assesses potential technical candidates for level of interest, qualifications, compensation requirements and convert hard-to-find passive talent through your understanding of the business and employee value proposition;
- Partner with hiring managers on recruitment best practises including interview techniques, proper documentation, and other assessment tools as required. Manage interactions with external vendor when needed;
- Fully leverage technology for superb candidate relationship management through campaign management, lead tracking, and process flow development to discover and sustain cold/warm leads, hot leads, referrals, and other potential prospects;
- Leverage online recruiting resources (Linkedin, Google, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and our in-house database to identify and recruit the very best candidates;
- Participate in special projects/task forces as assigned;
- Represent YP for recruiting purposes at identified networking and industry events, job fairs, conferences, etc.
● 工作要求: - 人力资源管理(或相关领域)学位或文凭,至少2-4年企业招聘经验;
- 有处理大量招聘的经验,包括大规模招聘和销售招聘;
- 具有创新采购技术知识,包括社交媒体知识;
- 流利的双语(英语、法语);
- 积极主动,积极主动,勇于提问,做事有条理;
- 能与各种类型的人很好地合作。
