Responsibilities:
• Support and troubleshoot VoIP, Cable/DSL internet and IPTV systems
• Develop a strong understanding of company products and procedures
• Strong customer service and analytical skills
• Communicate with customers to solve technical issues
• Assist other departments to follow up any customer issues
• Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadline
• Process level2 tickets generated by internal ticketing system
• Configure DSL/ Cable Modem, and be familiar with Modems performance
• Identify all kinds of VoIP, DSL, Cable & IPTV issues, provide solution to customer
• Other responsibilities if assigned by management
Qualifications:
• Professional attitude with exceptional customer service skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Possess a solid work ethic, organized and a multi-tasker
• Knowledge and comfort with computer and associated operating systems
• Knowledge of TCP/IP Protocols and CCNA
• Electronic background and ability to distinguish color code wires
• Knowledge of circuit switches and twisted pair cables
• Flexibility to work different shifts
• Fluent in French and English (written & verbal)
