● 招聘职位:双语收购顾问(BILINGUAL TALENT ACQUISITION ADVISOR) ● 工作内容: - Work closely with the human resources business partners and internal clients to understand their needs, prepare a job description and post it.
- Source and head hunt candidates through the web and social networks, such as LinkedIn.
- Analyze CVs, screen candidates by telephone or video interviews, and recommend which applicants to meet with.
- Coordinate background checks in conjunction with our service provider.
- Follow up with candidates in order to provide an outstanding experience.
- Maintain up-to-date recruiting data in PeopleSoft.
- In addition, this position will allow you to develop your skills and have a greater impact at BDC by giving you the opportunity to participate in various talent acquisition and human resources related projects.
● 工作要求: - 必须精通两种语言(法语和英语);
- 必须在猎头和在线资源(包括布尔搜索)的成熟技术上有良好的记录;
- 拥有人力资源管理学士学位或同等学历;
- 有3年的人才培养经验,具有出色的沟通能力;
- 对应用程序跟踪系统(PeopleSoft,资产)和MS Office应用程序等技术工具非常感兴趣。
