●  招聘职位：双语收购顾问（BILINGUAL TALENT ACQUISITION ADVISOR）

●  工作内容：

• Work closely with the human resources business partners and internal clients to understand their needs, prepare a job description and post it.
• Source and head hunt candidates through the web and social networks, such as LinkedIn.
• Analyze CVs, screen candidates by telephone or video interviews, and recommend which applicants to meet with.
• Coordinate background checks in conjunction with our service provider.
• Follow up with candidates in order to provide an outstanding experience.
• Maintain up-to-date recruiting data in PeopleSoft.
• In addition, this position will allow you to develop your skills and have a greater impact at BDC by giving you the opportunity to participate in various talent acquisition and human resources related projects.
  

●  工作要求：

• 必须精通两种语言(法语和英语)；
• 必须在猎头和在线资源(包括布尔搜索)的成熟技术上有良好的记录；
• 拥有人力资源管理学士学位或同等学历；
• 有3年的人才培养经验，具有出色的沟通能力；
• 对应用程序跟踪系统(PeopleSoft，资产)和MS Office应用程序等技术工具非常感兴趣。
