- Promote career paths in airline finance to universities and students;
- Matchmaking of airlines and universities based on their internship requirements;
- Onboarding of airlines to the program;
- Respond to queries about the internship program;
- Communication with participating universities and airlines by email and telephone;
- Conducting and analyzing feedback surveys;
- Tracking project progress and preparing status reports;
- Coordination of course material development with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and external service providers;
- Proof-reading and validation of course material;
- Other project coordination and administrative tasks as required.
● 工作要求： - 商学、人力资源、教育或相关专业本科以上学历;
- 优秀的组织能力，能够在关注细节的同时对多个项目进行优先排序和处理;
- 较强的客户意识和人际交往能力，具有文化意识;
- 优秀的英语口语和书面交流能力，其他语言者优先;
- 精通计算机，精通Excel者优先;
- 有项目协调、职业咨询、培训课程开发或航空运输行业或培训机构(大学或学院)工作经验者优先;
- 具备培训和开发(特别是ADDIE)教学系统设计方法的知识者优先。
