●  工作内容：

• Provide cover in the service as determined by the day to day requirements, for the efficient administration of the Unit.  Incumbent is expected to provide cover on a variety of posts in the Department, however a greater percentage of his/her time will be spent covering more senior positions up to and including the (Senior) Operations Officer level ;
• Ensure a high standard of customer service when dealing with Branches in conjunction with ScotiaService Standards in order to assist Branches in the development of new business opportunities and maintaining existing business;
• Maintain strict adherence to Bank and C.M.U. / C.A.U. procedures;
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
  

●  工作要求：

• 有高中学历；
• 掌握法语和英语；
• 对与商业和企业客户相关的加工、流程和产品(认证支票、停止付款、GICs、杂物邮寄、托收、研究等)有深入而实用的知识；
• 良好的客户服务能力；
• 有计算机应用的知识和设施。
