Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related toorganization and communication. Responsible for confidential and time sensitivematerial. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices andprocedures. Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuringthat all Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and deliveredwith high quality and in a timely manner. May direct and lead the work ofothers. Responsibilities: · Organize andschedule meetings and appointments · Assist in thepreparation of regularly scheduled reports · Order officesupplies · Book travelarrangements · Submit andreconcile expense reports · Research andcreates presentations · Generate reports · Maintain suppliesinventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating neededsupplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt ofsupplies · Maintainprofessional and technical knowledge by attending internal meetings;establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies · Contribute to teameffort by accomplishing related results as needed · Carry outadministrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. · Organize travelarrangements for senior managers · Book conferencecalls, rooms, taxis, couriers, hotels etc. · Cover thereception desk when required · Take accurateminutes of meetings · Coordinate officeprocedures · Maintainup-to-date employee holiday records · Coordinate repairsto office equipment · Greet and assistvisitors to the offic Requirements: · At least 3 yearsof experience as an administrative assistant · Basic accountantknowledge · Perfectlybilingual (French and English) · Knowledge ofoffice management systems and procedures · Excellent timemanagement skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work · Attention todetail and problem solving skills · Excellent writtenand verbal communication skills · Strongorganizational and planning skills · Proficient in MSOffice · College degreepreferred Location: Lachute industry park
