● 招聘职位： 记录管理助理（RECORDS MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT） ● 工作内容： - Trace and research “lost addresses” and contact information using a variety of tools and techniques such as: on-line search utilities, directory assistance, contacting relatives/previous classmates, searching other internal/external databases and professional directories, sending out “tracer letters” or “keep-in-touch cards” to potential new addresses or contacts.
- Receive, verify, and process demographic information on lost alumni from a variety of internal and external sources (alumni via mail, phone, email, survey return, office web pages, event registration, magazine returns, grad class download, call center, etc.) ; research data to update other relative information associated with the changes.
- Crosscheck records to mark special relationships with other alumni, corporations, friends, faculty/staff, and parents.
- Enter data into the AIS database, verify and validate information being received.
- Review hard copy records available through the Registrar’s Office to confirm identity, relationship, and degree information.
- Maintain appropriate statistics and tracking of assignments and daily maintenance and research efforts.
- Remain alert to potential key information regarding donor prospects, potential volunteers/event organizers, potential speakers for chapter activities, and ensure appropriate individuals are informed.
- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to the Manager; follow up on decisions.
● 工作要求： - 拥有大学学习证明以及2 - 4年相关工作经验，在筹款软件、数据追踪和研究方面的经验是必不可少的；
- 有在线跟踪方法和工具的经验，有良好的web导航技能；
- 良好的英语听说读写能力，能够撰写报告，给出和解释详细的信息或解释、基本的法语口语知识，能提供信息和回答现场询问；
- 良好的Word(中级水平)和Excel(创建、更新、维护电子表格信息)知识；
- 对电子记录管理的原则有扎实的理解。
