● 招聘职位:业务和客户服务助理(Administrative Assistant - Operations & Client Services) ● 工作内容: - Perform routine and one-off administrative tasks on behalf of department;
- Meeting preparation: scheduling rooms and ensuring appropriate equipment is requested;
- Set up and coordination of office tools such as WebEx accounts and conference lines;
- Assist in the planning and organization of department events or projects;
- Track and report vacation allotment for employees in the department;
- Process invoices following internal accounts payable procedures, systems and guidelines;
- Maintenance of staff lists, organizational charts and departmental reporting;
- Ensure adequate supplies are available, receiving requests, requisition and dispensing as necessary;
- Provide support for WTS/SAR requests;
- Sorting and distributing incoming/outgoing mail for the department;
- Provide back up when required for other Administrative staff.
● 工作要求: - 大专以上学历或学历与工作经验相结合;
- 1年以上办公室工作经验;
- 计算机能力强(Excel, Windows, Outlook, Word, Power Point);
- 掌握双语;
- 能与所有业务伙伴建立和管理信任关系;
- 良好的人际关系和沟通能力,包括书面和口头表达能力。
