● 招聘职位: 设备管理专员(Facilites Manager) ● 工作内容: - Maintain in coordination with Organizational leadership tactical application of budget and related controls;
- Oversee Supplies for Operations, Maintenance and Janitorial Services;
- Monitor scheduled events, project milestones and submission of required information;
- Schedule activities for completion of projects and works on a day-to-day basis to handle unexpected requests and deadlines;
- Maintain strong working relationship with the internal and external project stake holders;
- Work with the consultants to negotiate credits and/or extras for revised scope of work and to assist with implementing a value engineering process when necessary;
- Organize meetings and meets with contractors/consultants to review scope of contract and impact of alternatives in reducing time and costs;
- Stay current with community issues and construction and related technologies.
● 工作要求: - 有至少3年的以下领域之一:建筑、房地产开发、建筑或其他工程学科相关工作经验;
- 能够有效的解决问题与冲突;
- 有扎实的建筑代码和行业相关技术知识;
- 可能需要经常出差;
