Increase customer satisfaction and loyalty through service excellence;
Strengthen and retain profitable customer relationships through sales support;
Contribute to the quality and efficiency of branch operations as well as compliance with regulatory and internal bank guidelines to minimize the Bank’s exposure to risk.

● 工作要求：

强大的个人电脑和键盘操作技能；
有服务活动的工作知识(如何取得/成功完成服务卓越活动)；
了解有关隐私、反洗钱(AML)反恐融资(ATF)、了解你的客户(KYC)要求、加拿大金融消费者机构(FCAC)、加拿大存款保险公司(CDIC)和职业健康安全(OHS)以及SSI指导/过程的工作知识；
了解分支程序和操作程序的工作知识；
了解现金、保管和安全流程和程序。
