Background checks - manage the relationship with background check vendors; track all invoices and ensure proper payment methods are in place; support the HR partners in their requests to order background checks;
Third Party Recruitment Vendors – assist in the vendor compliance process and administration of vendor contracts; reply to vendor inquiries and learn more about their offerings to update the tracker; manage invoicing for agency invoices and work with the accounts payable team to ensure timely payments;
Job postings - audit the job posting process on an ad-hoc basis to ensure postings follow the guidelines and support the team as necessary; work with the Global Mobility Team to manage postings for roles where candidates are hired from outside Canada and ensure the recruitment is in compliance with the necessary immigration policies;
Supervise campus and recruitment events to support the campus and events coordinator;
Help to manage the recruitment events calendar and collate feedback from the survey;
Responsible for assisting the recruiters with posting positions on job boards not integrated with our ATS;
Work with the recruiters and hiring managers to support student hiring throughout the year.
