- Coordinate the resources in charge of/needed to deploy the Salesforce centralized customer file (internal IT, external supplier, training, continuity of quality assurance);
- Define, establish, and/or improve performance measures for Transat projects/initiatives that pertain to customer relations and customer contact centres;
- Provide a consulting role in the analysis, understanding, and organization of customer data and use the results to make recommendations;
- Coordinate activities and discussions pertaining to the customer experience to make the best decisions while meeting business needs;
- Help resolve complex issues by ensuring that permanent solutions are integrated into future versions of Salesforce;
- Manage business priorities, pinpoint strategic issues, diagnose problematic situations, and make recommendations on how to get the most out of Salesforce.
● 工作要求: - 有2至5年类似或相关职位的经验;

- 熟练使用英语和法语;
