3. Ensure that facilities are safe and functional for VIA customers and employees as well as operated cost effectively；

​ 4. Deliver accurate and timely analysis, budget and timeline estimates. Manage project issues, associated risks, develop risk mitigation plans and make.

1. 工程学士学位；
