The apartment is on the first floor of a duplex. Quiet neighbourhood and local. Appropriate for young profession or student (BTW, I am a student of Concordia). 5-minute walk to Station Charlevoix. Maxi, Canadian tire and IGA are 8 minute walk from the apartment, or bus 57 will take you to the proximity. Also the below is included as follows:-A friendly cat (cat food provided by the landlord)-All furniture (Better to bring your own bed since the single bed in the room has been taken apart)-Wireless Internet-Television-Heating floor-Electricity-Fully equipped kitchen-Washer / dryer in the apartment-Grand Private Balcony

I prefer to have a girl roommate, who respects the house rules. It would be perfect if you love life and love cooking. The house is really functional, and most importantly it is clean.
