● 工作内容：

    1. Assists the school administrators with their material request orders and assigns the appropriate supplier for quotation;

    2.Verifies that all requisitions have the proper authorized signature and budget code and then forwards to suppliers for quotation prices;

    3.Verifies quotation prices and data entry of all priced requisitions into the system;

    4.Generates, prints and faxes purchase orders to the appropriate suppliers;

    5.Enters data receipt confirmations and forwards documentation to the appropriate personnel;

    6.Filing of requisitions and purchase orders;

    7.Prints back up order reports and verifies the status of the order with the suppliers;

    8.Assists in preparing tenders for material pricing;

    9.Verifies receipt of purchase orders delivered at the Head Office;

    10.Responsible for receiving and distributing all incoming mail and fax correspondence within the department to the appropriate personnel.

    11.Performs all other related tasks as requested by the supervisor.

● 工作要求：

    1.Completed Secondary V or a diploma or attestation of studies which is recognized by the Board;

    2.Have at least 1 year pertinent experience.

    3.Experience in data entry and inventory systems;

    4.Fluent in English and French;
    5.Strong typing skills;

    6.Excellent organization skills.
