工作内容
    1.Provide administrative support to assigned IA(s)
    2.Contribute to the success of the IA(s) by ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks

    6.Professional interaction & servicing of clients are required

工作要求
    1.Basic knowledge of administrative process and procedures.
    2.Proactively and professionally provide administrative assistance to assist the IA(s) in meeting client service needs
    3.Working knowledge of administrative process and procedures as contained in Sales Administration Manual
    4.Effective business writing skills
    5.Good written and verbal communication skills
    6.University degree or equivalent experience
    7.CSC and CPH successful completion within 18 months of date of hire may be required
    8.Successful completion of 30 day BMO NB Investment Representative Licensing Program
    9.Bilingual (French and English)
