General Position Summary
This position has potential to be promoted to the Restaurant Manager.
This position is responsible for the overall operation of the assigned restaurant on a daily basis including, staffing and training of all employees, enhancing their capabilities and fostering growth, as well as cost control, service standards, operational procedures and policies, customer satisfaction, sanitation, environment control, cash handling, a passion and energy for developing, supporting, motivating and inspiring your team, safety and security by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.

Operations Management
Purchasing and Food Preparation
Customer Relations
Labor Control
Administration
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma from college or university in Hotel/Hospitality Management or equivalent; One to two years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Billingual in English and French
Chinese /Japanese/Korean would be an asset.
Travel required
Work is typically performed in an office and a restaurant environment with moderate noise levels.
Must be able to work a flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
