好工作推荐 ● 招聘职位:销售顾问(Sales Advisor)点击申请 ● 工作内容: 通过给客户提供服装选择和服务,为客户提供愉快的购物体验。 1.Provide excellent direct and indirect customer service according to H&M standards and meet the 5 basic demands on the selling floor, in the fitting room and at the cash point 2.Answer phones courteously and promptly 3.Actively work with garments, including processing, stocking, replenishing, folding, hanging, displaying and merchandising per H&M guidelines, to maximize selling opportunities 4.Ring on the register, report and handle all required transactions, issue receipts and pack merchandise 5.Unload delivery truck, receive, open and unpack merchandise and label merchandise with security tags 6.Execute reductions, price changes, transfers and cash register routines 7.Utilize established H&M policies and procedures to assist in loss prevention and safety for the store and partner with store management as needed ● 工作要求:
