We received your application for a permanent resident card on January 14, 2014.

2. We started processing your application on January 24, 2014

3. Your request for a permanent resident card was approved on January 27, 2014. Your Permanent resident card will be mailed to you or if quality assurance is required, made available for you to pick up at a CIC office.

补充：1，平寄，没寄挂号。

2，正常件，不是加急。

3，出入境章没做翻译公证。

只是自己在“北京”的边上标了个BEIJING，“出”旁边标了个EXIT，入--ENTRY.
