One private and furnished bedroom in a 5.5 apartment. Two washrooms. It is located on the Lorne street and quite close to campus. Only 1-2 minutes walk. Big screen TV with Xbox. All necessary kitchen supplies, including the dishwasher. Roommates are McGill students. They are nice and respectful. Rent is from January to the end of April, with possibility to be extended for the summer. $450+utilities per month and utilities are shared with two roomates.
