Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive MajorSales Account Manager with a solid track record in e-commerce logistics orfulfillment sales. The ideal candidate will be adept at securing andmanaging large accounts, and have experience working with major accountmanagement at the third-party warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Target and secure major e-commerce accounts, focusing on Shopify-based and online independent stores.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of major clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of top-tier service and client satisfaction.
• Develop strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of major account sales experience, preferably in e-commerce fulfillment or logistics.
• Prior experience as a big account manager at the third-party warehouse.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with the e-commerce, logistics, and fulfillment industry, especially Shopify and DTC markets.
• Ability to work 1/3 of each quarter in Montreal's office, with a preference for candidates living in Ontario or Quebec due to travel requirements.
