Job Title: Principal Assistant and HR Associate
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
The main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboard guides) and updating internal databases. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Set up,organize and maintain employee files(personnel records) and the HR filing system;
• Provides job candidates by screening, interviewing, and testing applicants; complete the recruitment tasks and expand the new recruitment channels;
• Be responsible for clerical duties related to the Human Resources department including organizing and maintaining key processes for new employees, filing, mail outs and other tasks as required;
• Manages and updates HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days off;
• Helps in payroll management, preparation and payment;
• Prepares, manages and stores paperwork for HR policies and procedures;
• Answers employees’questions and provides requested information;
• Answers telephone calls and provides needed information;
• Organizes and manages new employee,orientation,on-board, and training programs;
• Engaging in the administrative management of the school from different perspectives and other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
● 1-2 years of experience in a similar position within Human Resources Department;
● Demonstrated ability to multitask; proven knowledge of Microsoft Office/Outlook, etc.
● Excellent organizational skill,attention to details,excellent ability working in teams as well as autonomously.
● Excellent and clear communication skills in English (both oral and written) and the ability to interact with candidates, managers, employees and company executives,speaking French or Chinese is considered a strong asset;
● High level of adaptability and ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and work in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
