● 工作内容：

    1.Meet and surpass the Call Centre goals related to sales objectives, handle time, customer service and other objectives;

    2.Able to use selling and upselling techniques in order to close the sale of vacation package bookings: air, land, tourist activities and car rentals;

    3.Promote the services of Air Canada Vacations to travel agencies and consumers contacting our offices;

    4.Provide details of the reservations information and products;

    5.Maintain a current and accurate knowledge of all our products, booking procedures and policies and apportion this information through the booking process;

    6.Provide and maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times through telephone and public contacts;

    7.Observe all procedures in making reservations and related activities;

    8.Meet and/or exceed reservations performance standards;

    9.Perform other tasks as assigned by immediate superior.

● 工作要求：

    1.College diploma in Tourism or relevant work experience;

    2.Sales experience with the ability to recognize sales opportunities;

    3.Demonstrates initiative, flexibility, excellent communication skills and good judgment;

    4.Must be perfectly bilingual (English and French
