- Communicate daily with advisors, clients, Account Executives and internal staff;
- Respond proactively to client inquiries or concerns to ensure a high degree of client satisfaction;
- Develop and maintain good client relationships while ensuring confidentiality;
- Review documents to ensure data is accurate and within specified contract terms;
- Obtain and verify missing or incomplete data directly with the client;
- Set-up and support our on line administration clients (internet-based customers);
- Handle our SunAdvantage Customer Service Toll-Free line.
