大四半老lease，紧邻犹太总医院，近学校、幼儿园、超市、公交、地铁。租约2016年8月31日到期，每月741加元。从10月1日起租，但可以9月份提前入住，具体时间须商议。可留部分家具如沙发等，我已经支付一年网络费,如需网络可商议。由于是转lease，房东会做信用调查。有意者请致电5145856680，吕先生.谢谢.

我家离橙线地铁cote-ste-catherine走路7分钟。

Sorry, my current computer does not have Chinese input. For new immigrant, you might be asked to provide a guarantor. I am not so sure about the owner's requirement.
