万圣节来了，自己做个南瓜派吧

万圣节就要来，南瓜是万圣节一个重要的标识，超市里会看到很多南瓜，那买个南瓜，自己动手做南瓜派吧。网上搜关于做南瓜派的配方有很多，我自己试了两个，在这里跟大家分享的是我觉得好吃的一个。



我用的是8寸的模子
派皮：
低粉(self-raising flour) 125g
无盐黄油 50g
糖粉(icing sugar) 50g
蛋黄 2个


馅：
南瓜 250g(小南瓜差不多一个刚刚好)
白砂糖 30g（我用的这些量，吃过的小伙伴也觉得甜度刚刚好）
鸡蛋 2个
淡奶油(whipping cream) 125g (一般是35%)




1. 室温软化黄油50g，或者微波炉加热10秒钟，加入50g糖粉，125g低粉，2个蛋黄，和成面团
2. 慢慢揉，揉成一个团
3. 将面团用保鲜膜包好，放入冰箱冷藏30分钟
4. 蒸南瓜，切成块，皮先不用去，放微波炉里打八九分钟，中间可以停下来试试南瓜软的程度，用筷子可以轻松戳透南瓜的时候就可以了。（第一次我用锅蒸的，但是熟得好慢，感觉蒸了得有快半个小时，但还是硬硬的，改用微波炉以后，很快就软了）
5. 稍微放凉会，把南瓜皮去掉，然后用勺子把它压成南瓜泥
6. 加入30g细砂糖，搅匀
7. 加入125g淡奶油搅拌均（这个时候可以试一试馅的甜度，自行加减糖的量，符合自己口味）
8. 加入两个鸡蛋，搅匀，馅就做好
9. 从冰箱里拿出面团，擀成面片
10. 放在派盘里，边缘和底部用手压实
11. 去掉多余的部分
12. 用叉子在派皮底部插一些小洞，防止派皮受热膨胀变形
13. 将南瓜派馅倒入派皮中，9分满
14. 烤箱预热，400华氏度烤10分钟，再转300度烤30分钟即可
15. 冷却后可以放冰箱保存，吃之前撒点糖粉在上面，会很漂亮哦
