  ● 工作内容:
     1.Follow up with new and current clients over the phone regarding sales opportunities
     2.Prospecting and researching for new business by identifying, qualifying and contacting leads from various online and offline resources
     3.Researching potential clients and creating call logs for tracking and follow-up actions
     4.Develop pipeline of sales and business opportunity (partnerships, etc.) leads through cold calling
     5.Provide world class client service over the phone
     6.Provide the Investment Advisor with regular updates regarding client leads
  ● 工作要求:
     1.Bilingual French/English spoken
     2.Exceptional and professional client service skills
     3.Excellent follow-through skills
     4.Telemarketing experience
     5.Sales experience face to face and over the phone
     6.Self-starting attitude and able to work with minimal supervision
     7.Ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels
     以下条件优先录取:
    1.The ideal candidate should have at least one year experience in the financial industry
    2.Have completed CSC and CPH
    3.Knowledge around Dominion Securities systems
    4.College or University degree

● 工作内容
    1.Provide professional financial advice to new and existing RBC clients, assisting them with their financial needs
    2.Recommend products, services, and/or share information with clients to meet their unique immediate and future financial needs
    3.Support product and service recommendations with details that are easily understood and convert value towards the clients’ stated needs
    4.Manage risk and compliance routines when carrying out transactions
    5.Achieve higher levels of proficiency in this role by providing effective advice to clients regarding our products, services, and solutions
  ● 工作要求:

     1.Fluency in both English and French language skills (reading, writing, and spoken)
     2.Proven customer service and sales skills, preferably in the financial or service industry, as well as a track record of success in a client-focused, target-driven performance culture
    3.An aptitude for listening, establishing rapport and finding the right solutions for customers
    4.Excellent telephone manner, IT literacy, and digital knowledge, as well as multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
    5.An interest in mobile and digital devices and an ability to help clients navigate through self-serve applications
    6.Flexibility to accommodate alternating shifts throughout the week
