The company has completed Round A venture capital investment in August, 2021. The warehouse on the West Island of Montreal has also expanded to 250,000 square feet (2.5 times the size of the previous one).

Meanwhile, an intelligent warehousing robot system is introduced to break through the bottleneck and to position Shopper+ in the front line.

Job title: Data Analyst （1）

Responsibilities:

1. Collecting and analyzing the related data according to business requirements

●      Write queries with MySQL

●      Assure data quality through verification lists

●      Perform necessary data analysis to optimize business

●      Send to related colleagues and managers

●      Gather feedback about data usage

2. Building and improving dashboards with BI tools when needed

●      Develop dashboards and identify opportunities for new reports

●      Establish statistical models for forecasting business trends

●      Dig through data from data source into explanatory excel to support the business developments

3. Collecting monthly product forecasts about sales, arrivals and inventory allocations and reporting to the supervisor

4. Other assignments by its immediate supervisor

Qualifications:

1. Knowledge:

●      Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent

●      At least one year of experience in data profiling / analysis

2. Competence:

●      Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English. mandarin speaking is preferred

●      Excellent organizational, detail-oriented & time management skill

●      Able to translate business requirements into advanced data models to fulfil business developments

●      Computer literate esp. good at MySQL/Excel/Apache Superset/ Azure

3. Others:

●      Sense of responsibility

●      Team Player

●      Desire to master new digital tools
