2018年2月27号，联邦移民局修改了有关申请联邦技术移民类（快速通道EE）提供无犯罪记录要求的规定。

在新的规定之下，如果您在某国家或地区连续居住了6个月或6个月以上才需要提供无犯罪记录证明。
