I am a McGill student and I will exchange to U of T for the next year. So, here I would like to transfer the lease of my apartment located on Hutchison street. I have been living here for almost 2 years and it is really a great place for McGill students and visitors. Some highlighted bullet points for this apartment.
1) Lots of supermarkets nearby. 5 mins to metro, provigo, uniprix, jean coutu, etc.
2) 3 mins to McGill downtown campus. 5 mins to place de arts metro station.
3) On the 6th floor with nice and quiet neighborhood.
4) Heating, electricity, hot water included.
5) Laundry and carports in the building.
New lease will start from Sept. 1, and I will be responsible for the lease transfer charge. Please let me know if you want to schedule a visit.
