- 定期与多个利益相关者沟通关于客户旅程改进的见解、建议和要求;
- 帮助构建清晰且可跟踪的用例,证明新体验或特性的合理性,从而提高NCSA电子商务客户满意度;
- 与观众合作,提供最相关的个性化体验;
- 管理测试框架来构建和共享客户见解。
● Main Responsibilities:- Benchmark and analyse customer journey and customer experience best practices across the video game industry and beyond
- Communicate insights, recommendations and requirements on customer journeys improvements on a regular basis and to multiple stakeholders
- Help build clear and trackable uses cases justifying new experiences or features that will improve NCSA E-commerce customers satisfaction
- Work with audience specialist to deliver the most relevant personalized experiences
- Manage a test framework to build and share customer insights

● Main Requirements:- 4+ years of relevant professional experience in developing retention, customer journey, loyalty or related function
- Excellent communication skills including ability to give clear direct feedback, set clear expectations and connect with people on a personal level
- Excellent project management and coordination skills
- Knowledge of the gaming industry and of the PC gaming will be prioritized
