● 招聘职位：零售数据专员 ● 职位性质：兼职 ● 职位薪酬：$20,000+ ● 工作内容： - 准确将数据输入报告系统，建立和维护相关的零售信息，以进行报告和分析；
- 根据销售团队和客户的需求，为每日报表的编制收集数据和信息；
- 审核和验证报告系统中的数据，确保与零售相关的所有系统的数据是正确的；
- 每天回顾报告，解决问题，并根据需要进行跟进；
- 完成行政工作，包括文件和档案的维护、归档、调度、通信等；
- 根据需要参与特殊零售项目。
● Responsibilities： - Accurately enter data into reporting systemsto build and maintain pertinent retail information for reporting and analysis.
- Compile and gather data/information for daily report development specific to sales team and client's needs.
- Audit and validate data in reporting systems to ensure data is correct for all systems related to retail.
- Review reports daily, resolve issues, and perform follow-up as required.
- Complete administrative tasks such as; document and file maintenance, filing, scheduling, correspondence, etc.
- Participate in special retail projects as needed.
● 职位要求： - 高中毕业或同等学历，学士学位或同等经验优先；
- 1-3年行政或零售经验；
- 有零售、贸易市场营销或相关工作经验；
- 要求有2年电脑操作经验；
- 有零售技术经验者优先；
- 具有良好的口头和书面沟通技巧；
- 熟练使用办公软件(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)。
● Requirements： - (Required):High School Diploma or GEDor equivalent experience,(Preferred)Bachelor's Degreeor equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years prior administrative or retail experience.
- Retail Sales / Trade Marketing Experience or equivalent job-related experience.
- 2 years computer experience (desired).
- Self-starter requiring minimal supervision.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
