● Responsibilities： - Lead the existing CDRT production management team in Montreal.
- Manage and mentor junior team members to foster skills development and career progression.
- Ensure Production Management is closely aligned/embedded in the Agile software development process and our code meets production standards.
- Interface with senior clients in the business and other technology teams to provide governance and control within the production environment.
- Work with the engineering and development teams to create production support and operating procedures.
- Respond to high priority service requests, user issues, and system generated alerts.
- Reviewing and approving production deployments in a timely manner while ensuring plant stability.
- Leverage problem management procedures to ensure incident trends are identified, tracked and resolved in a timely manner.
● 职位要求： - 计算机科学学士学位或同等学历；
- 12年以上的应用开发或生产支持经验，以及管理5人以上团队工作经验；
- 危机管理技能，在压力下处理突发事件。
- 有丰富的Linux / UNIX, Windows系统基础知识；

● Requirements： - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 12+ years of Application Development or Production Support experience along with experience in managing a team of 5+ resources.
- Crisis management skill set to run incident calls while under pressure.
- Strong infrastructure knowledge in Linux / UNIX, Windows
- Databases such as Sybase, DB2, Oracle and Web Technologies. (Minimum knowledge of two of databases)
- Experience in messaging middleware apps (mq) and job schedulers (autosys).
- SQL intermediate knowledge required.
