The building is located in the heart of Montreal, right in McGill Downtown Campus, with the nearest metro station only less than 5 minutes walk! The unit is well-furnished and the price includes all utilities: wifi, hydro, electricity, and all-day air conditioning!During your stay, you will have your own private bedroom, own bathroom with a tub, own closet, and you will be sharing the large spacious kitchen, dining room, and living room with your roommate. Plus, you will also enjoy the beautiful city and mountain view from our balcony;)Our apartment has all you need: dishwasher, refrigerator, wifi, oven, microwave, a Yamaha piano, and all the furniture etc. There are also a laundry room, a study room, a gym, a 24-h dépanneur, a huge lounge located in the building. 公寓楼内有24小时超市，Subway，全天候保安保证您的安全也可以帮忙代收快递，楼内有洗衣房，会议室，健身房，学习室，游戏室，一应俱全。
需要与一个麦吉尔大学的女生共用厨房和客厅，但是卧室和浴室都是独立的。
