● Responsibilities: - Collect, compile and verify the accuracy of financial and structural corporate data (buyers and sellers), including commercial documents (invoices, purchase orders, delivery tickets, contracts, etc.)
- Perform quality credit analyses based on Credit Centre standards and make recommendations for companies of all sizes (from SMEs to multinationals/capital markets)
- Structure credit applications (boardsheet structuring) in order to mitigate risks and develop financing scenarios that meet client needs and match the Bank's risk criteria
- Negotiate financing terms and conditions with the Credit department, if necessary
- Hold regular discussions with the business lines and all stakeholders, including SCF Development Managers, Account Managers and International Trade Managers
- Conduct file renewals/contact Bank clients
- Request guarantees from credit insurers and ensure follow-up
- Develop contacts with Bank partners and fully master the related processes and tools
● 职位要求: - 相关专业学士学位,6年工作经验或有硕士学位,4年企业融资相关工作经验;
- 必须有财务分析经验;
- 有构建企业融资档案的经验;
- 拥有良好的保理或信用保险知识;
- 掌握Microsoft Office套件操作;

● Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree and 4 years of relevant experience in the corporate financing sector
- Experience in financial analysis mandatory
- Experience in structuring corporate financing files
- Good knowledge of factoring and/or credit insurance desirable
- Thorough understanding of the Microsoft Office suite
- Bilingualism, both spoken and written (English and French)
