● MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES：Analyze business needs to define IT solutions Build a solid, reusable and thorough system documentation to be used by any stakeholders Identify and convey the impacts on Business processes to support change management in Business units via train the trainer documents and procedures Document User Stories effectively so they can be clearly understood by Front End, Back End developers and Quality Assurance Support Product Owners in handling their backlogs and prioritize work to be done Make impact analysis and effort estimates to advocate, get approval, then document the IT solution using effective methods and interacting with both business users and the IT project team Lead / prepare / participate in business requirements workshops to specify IT solutions
● 职位要求：- 拥有相关专业学士学位；

- 法语和英语双语（口头和书面）；
- 拥有保险领域的工作经验和知识；
- web环境或移动设备应用程序的经验和知识；
- 精通JIRA，Confluence&Draw.io；

● REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS： - Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in analysis (Business, Functional, Information)
- Bilingual in French and English (verbal and written)
- Experience and knowledge in the insurance field
- Experience and knowledge of applications in a web environment or Mobile
- Mastery of JIRA, Confluence & Draw.io
- Experience Eliciting and writing requirements for a Client Self-Serve platform
