● Responsibilities： - As an Analyst, the individual is expected to actively participate in a wide variety of transactions with a primary focus on infrastructure finance and power project finance opportunities.
- Raising of capital from the public and private capital markets
- Supporting due diligence that includes liaising with external consultants
- Assist in preparing and reviewing project finance financial models
- Preparing materials and presentations to clients
- Assist in providing advisory services
- Performing industry research and analysis
- Emphasis is placed on analysis, financial modeling and written presentations, but candidates must also show the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues

- Advanced oral and written communication skills
- A positive, enthusiastic and co-operative attitude
