- 在指定的客户范围内积极完成并超越销售指标和销售目标;
- 与现有客户一起开发新业务,并确定需要改进的地方以满足业务目标和指标;

- Work proactively to meet and exceed quotas and sales goals within the designated accounts;
- Develop new business with existing client and identify areas of improvement to meet business objectives and quotas;
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, stakeholders and executives;
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholders;
- Develop and maintain relationship with the client while managing expectations and any potential escalations regarding the account or the facilities/building;
- Identify growth opportunities (Building Operational technologies) in collaboration with operations and the executive team;
- Forecast and track key account metrics (ex. sales results and annual forecast);
- Prepare account status report(s);
- Manage all client requests and address all issue escalations as needed and related to the building(s)/account(s).

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field;
- Solid experience in operational technology (OT) that manages critical infrastructures;
- 8-10 years of strong Account Management experience;
- Proven work experience as an account manager, key account Manager or any other relevant role;
- Proven sales/Business development track record in technical sales and growing key accounts;
- Excellent business development experience;
- Solid CRM experience and MS Office;
- Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate;
- Proven ability to juggle multiple accounts and projects at a time.
- Technical education background in engineering (mechanical, electrical) is considered an asset;
- knowledge/experience with system development lifecycle and Information communication technologies (ICT) is an asset;
- knowledge/experience in building/mechanical/electrical engineering is an asset;
- Experience in Facility Management or airport industries is an asset.
